Summary

CallYourBesties is designed as a privacy-minded relationship care app. The app stores your people, notes, catch-up logs, birthdays, cadence settings, and backups on your device first. If you sign in, cloud sync lets you copy this data to your account and keep it available across devices.

Information You Add

You may choose to save names, relationship context, birthdays, locations, timezones, notes, catch-up history, and cadence settings. This information is stored locally on your device using app storage. If you sign in, this information may also be stored with your account so it can sync across devices.

Accounts And Cloud Sync

CallYourBesties may collect your email address and optional display name for sign-in, account security, support, and cloud sync. Relationship data you sync is used to provide the app experience and is not sold.

Analytics

CallYourBesties may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand basic product usage, such as page views, signups, people added, calls logged, and paywall views. We do not sell personal information or use your relationship notes for advertising.

Contacts And Notifications

The current version does not request access to your device contacts or notifications. If a future version adds contact import or reminders, those features will ask for permission only when you choose to use them, and this policy will be updated.

Backups

You can manually export a JSON backup from the app. When you export or share that file, you choose where it goes. Please store exported backups somewhere you trust.

Data Deletion

You can archive individual people in the app. You can also remove locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device or clearing site data. For account or synced data deletion, contact us at the email below.
